Jay Lake opened in April 2014 is set on the edge of the Brenne national park in 18 hectares of private grounds, jay lake is 10 acres stream fed, and surounded by beautiful veiws, The lake and stone buildings are 220 years old , with an Amazing stock of Carp starting at 30lb and going to 62lb. The House which overlooks the lake and swimming pool is sheer luxury. There is plenty to see and do in the local area, with lot's of great resturants, shopping in the riverside town of le Blanc which is 20 minuets away, or Chatillon sur Indre, which is 10 minuets, Jay Lake is the perfect French Big Carp fishing Holiday Destination with superb Accommodation & Pool along with Beautiful Big Carp.
The Lake is 10 acres and stream fed,with fantastic water quality for the carp which we beleive will along with the best food, produce very big Carp.The current stock is 180 fish with half of these being over 40lb 5 over 50lb to 62lb .there are depths of 1 to 3 meters and there are 6 double swims to choose from

The Accommodation
The House overlooks the lake and swimming pool,3 bedroom's 2 are ensuite one with bathroom and 4 poster kingsize bed, the other with 2 single beds and shower room, the 3rd bedroom has a single bed that pull's out to make a kingsize bed, there is a downstairs shower room & wc, a very large living dinning room complete with widescreen tv with all uk freeveiw channels, Dvd player , C D player, table & 6 chairs, There is no wifi, only 3g or 4g the kitchen has buit in double oven, 5 ring hob, built in microwave, dishwasher and american fridge/freezer,Granit worktops and everthing you could need for cooking with, there is also a utility room where the washing machine is, a very large verander with table and chairs, bait freezer and charging station, The newly installed Heated swimming pool will be open May to September, there is a raised decking area which conceals the cover,the grange you can see in the picture next to the pool has table & chairs , BBQ, further seating, where you can while away the afternoon, the house and lake is for Exclusive use only
