WELCOME to Jay Lake
We provide our customers with something special and a bit different from most holiday venues in France. You will have luxury lakeside accommodation with exclusive access to your own 10 acre lake set in 50 acres of stunning private grounds.
Our beautiful carp average over 30lb with the current lake record 54lb. Its a clay lake, river fed 1 to 3 meters deep with fantastic water quality. We have no poison chat, no crays, no Bream, Tench, or Catfish so you can enjoy your fishing without problems.
Overlooking the lake you have an in ground swimming pool and BBQ area. Jay lake is perfect for the serious fisherman and a family holiday. There are lots of places to visit in the local area along with some great restaurants. We want all our customers to enjoy their holiday, and look forward to welcoming you soon.
The Lake and its Carp
Jay Lake is set on the edge of the Brenne national park, in central France. On a private estate of 50 acres the lake takes up a fifth of it, stream fed and surrounded by beautiful views.
The Accommodation
The three bedroom house overlooks the lake and swimming pool . The master bedroom has a king size bed with Juliet balcony and en-suite with a bath and toilet. The second bedroom has two single beds and an en-suite with shower and toilet. The third bedroom has a single bed that pull's out to make a king-size bed.
The Local Area
The Brenne national park, in central France and its surroundings offer so much - from wine, to great restaurants, to local zoos, to fabulous countryside and historical towns and villages.
