The Accommodation and grounds
The 3 bedroom house overlooks the lake and swimming pool with 3 bedrooms plus free wifi. It is kitted out to suit your needs - from a heated swimming pool with under-cover seating areas, to a well equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. We aim to give you the best fishing holiday experience, for all the family.
The bedrooms
The master bedroom has a king size bed with Juliet balcony and ensuite with a bath plus toilet.
The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds and an ensuite with shower plus toilet.
The 3rd bedroom has a single bed that pull's out to make a king-size bed.
The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds and an ensuite with shower plus toilet.

The living Areas
There is a spacious living-dinning room with table and 6 chairs complete with widescreen TV with all UK freeview channels.
The kitchen has built in double oven, 5 ring hob, built in microwave, dishwasher and american fridge/freezer,granite worktops and everything you could need for cooking with.
There is also a utility room with washing machine and a downstairs shower room & WC.
The Grounds and Swimming Pool
The house has a large veranda with table and 6 chairs, bait freezer and charging station.
The heated swimming pool overlooks the lake and is open May to September. There is a raised decking area which conceals the swimming pool cover.
Next to the pool there is a gravelled BBQ area, and an under-cover "all weather" area.
The house and lake is Exclusive Use for our guests.
